Pros (+) Nice heritage hotel. Great staff and service. Spa was superb!
Cons (-) Bed was a bit saggy and not as comfortable as I wish. Air con for the room was a bit undersized and couldn't cool the room enough.

Pros (+) We traveled as a family of three to Luang Prabang. After reviewing many websites and reviews, we settled for Sofitel. It looks really good in pictures. Of course it raised our expectations. Until we arrived, I can only say "WOW". It not only look exactly like the photos but exceed them. It is really like an oasis in this charming city. Cons (-) I think the toilet door could be less heavy. My daughter who is 4 years old cannot open it by herself. Also the box which contains the tooth brush etc. could be smaller. Some electricity outlets do not work, for example on the bed head board for charing phones.

Pros (+) A wonderful historic hotel exceptionally well designed. The General Manager Andrew was always present and so helpful. The Spa is beautiful. The grounds well tended and beautiful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

I stayed for 3 nights. It was a good choice. Because this hotel is very good place to relax and healing. The hotel is a guite clean, all staffs very kind and they are treated me with delicate hands. Specially Mr.Te was so nice. He always to care of me to staying comfortable. Thanks for his services. I really recommend this hotel. If you stay, you are satisfied with their services.

Pros (+) Historic building transformed into luxury stay, SUPER concierge service and common areas, rooms, and Spa. There are bunnies roaming around the garden, which adds to the magic.
Cons (-) The restaurant is very meat oriented and not vegetarian friendly, as should be in a 5 star hotel.

It’s very nice hotel. Staffs are fantastic and the room is wonderful. The location is about 20 minutes walk to the night market. Pretty much all the nightlife is located at this area. Fortunately, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle from 6-9pm to its sister hotel (3 Nagas ) which is at the end of the night market. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Luangprabang.
