The location is outstanding. The water bungalows are in a great place for snorkelling The staff are warm and friendly but not very helpful at times.
The whole place feels a bit shabby and needs updating . The staff are lovely but need better training. Our room wasn't always serviced or restocked. The staff were great when this was pointed out. we stayed at another similar resort later in our holiday which was less expensive and at least one star better in quality for accommodation and service. The staff and breakfast buffet were exceptional.
The bed in the garden-view bungalow was very uncomfortable; like sleeping in a hammock. The entire resort is a bit secluded from food/restaurant options. You're kind of restricted to eating on site, which is very expensive and a fairly limited menu. excellent location comfortable stay!
Position
The fact that there was building and renovating going on during our stay which was very noisy and spoiled the tranquility of the destination for us.
What went well you ask? Everything went well. Great breakfast, great over the water hut, great snorkling, great sunrises and weather; great bar and service; same with other meals, excellent location - just wonderful.
