The location is about 15-20 mins away from Dubai mall and most areas. It is close to the airport and also away from the dense city. So, there is some escapism from the busy city at the end of the day. The Spa and gym great, the breakfast is good with some healthy food choices. Good food and decent rooms
We reserved two rooms at Sofitel and specifically requested connecting rooms about two weeks prior to our stay. However, upon checking in, we were informed that we couldn’t be on the same floor due to a lack of availability, indicating that our request was overlooked and reflecting a lack of attention to detail.
The rooms were decent, typical of a basic 5-star hotel. We booked the Club Millésime, which was satisfactory, although the pastries were quite nice. The food in both restaurants was enjoyable, but I felt that the fish at the French restaurant was overpriced. Overall, the experience didn’t feel luxurious; it was more akin to a 4-star establishment.

Great venue, with fantastic views opening up on the Dubai skyline. Great amenities, clean, comfortable and quiet. Good selection of restaurants and amenities on-site. Friendly and helpful staff - everything worked like the clock.
