Cons (-) Takes too long to get in and out of the area via car. Can take 20-30mins just to travel 100metres. Bar outside didn’t have any beer and ran out of most alcohol.

Cons (-) We stayed 6 nights at Sofitel and while the staff tries to be kind, the hotel doesn’t meet 5-star standards—rooms and service are average, prices are high, and the value just isn’t there. Staff put some pressure to get good reviews, even asking to use my phone to open Google or Booking and leave stars. This likely explains the inflated ratings—it feels more like manipulation than genuine quality.

Pros (+) Location was very good just back from the beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great view from our room.

Cons (-) Breakfast is very laudly, not a 5 star experience. I was waiting every day 5-10 minutes for the elevator from my floor to the breakfast floor. Poor shops inside the lobby with fake famous brands. It is not a luxury experience.
