Room was very comfortable. The pool area was great
No provision of towels to use at the beach. Every other hotel we have stayed at has provided towels for the beach. To be told to go and buy one from a vendor for 20 Euro is disappointing for what we are paying to stay here, towels should be provided.
The biggest pleasant surprise was the food. We ate the best at the hotel rather than in town which we had not expected. The food by the pool both downstairs and on the roof was very good (Especially liked the beef burger and octopus) but the restaurant downstairs was the real gem - the food was quite unique and exceptionally good. We tried several dishes and several deserts - all to the same stand...
Bathroom - Shower water leaks out and into the toilet area. There is no bidet. There was an unexpected "deposit" of 100EUR / night charged at the beginning of our stay which seemed very odd given we had prepaid several thausands for the room. Everything was very clean and updated. We loved our stay.
The only thing bad to say is that none of the staff spoke Catalan, quite disappointing for a 5 star hotel in Barcelona
This is an absolutely beautiful property. Rooms were top-notch with extra features like sensors that turned on the bathroom light if you got up in the night. Rooms were spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We weren’t initially supposed to stay here, but had a two day flight delay and needed a place to stay for two more nights. We came in completely exhauste...
The only negative at all is that the first night we were there they happened to be having private functions at both of the pools so neither one was available that evening. But the very next day, everything was back to normal.Read more
Beautiful hotel
Room service: english so so on the phone, and food arrives cold / ice melted
Staff were very accommodating.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. Service was amazing and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The cocktails in the bar were amazing. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
It’s close to the beach but not very close to restaurants and bars.
