Pros (+) excellent staff and accommodation, they gave me and my family a free upgrade for our rooms and the breakfast was great. transportation with the club cars were never late and fast.

Pros (+) — High level customer service — Beach is amazing - a lot of space for everyone — Air conditioning worked well in each room or restaurant

Cons (-) — external street music. I was said that it’s a hotel concept BUT who places the speakers right in front of the window with a thick glass?! It bothered me while I was trying to sleep earlier. It works from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. — a huge number of families with small kids. That’s definitely not a place for couples during summer time. A lot of noise near swimming pools, inside restaurants. Very tiresome ...

Cons (-) It was high season, we had a baby, and they us waiting for more than 4 hours to get our room, despite us reaching on time. I also repeatedly requested late checkout for some compensation, but it was pointless.
