Pros (+) Fantastic resort with lots of space! Great staff and the lagoon pool is beautiful!
Cons (-) Kids screaming in the pool, while parents sleep. They should be asked to monitor their children. We had to move sunloungers.

Pros (+) Was given an upgrade which was a very nice touch. Had not had t bc at first sometime. Being a year since opening, in fact the hotel had just celebrated their anniversary the day before our arrival, the staff were gently proud of part of the hotel and this translated to excellent service. Thanks esp. Ilyas at reception, Haydon and Thin for being such nice and welcoming

Pros (+) The boutique style Hotel has an amazing vibe and a massive pool. The rooms are huge and the restaurants are fantastic.

Pros (+) Calm, lots of water options, especially for the kids to play, clean, great rooms.
Cons (-) Covered (shaded) swimming options. The covered kids pool was under construction so that’s understandable. For adults though (and in the larger pools) would be nice to have some areas where you could be in the water and in the shade (like the umbrellas around the pool).

Pros (+) The facilities, the room and the food were all wonderful. The sea was good. Our overall experience was really good.
Cons (-) There was a generator like sound all night, I found it hard to sleep. I can’t say the beach is perfect and there was a construction by the beach.
