Excellent hotel with friendly staff and luxuriously comfortable facilities. We had a sea view room which was so peaceful and beautiful. The bar made delicious cocktails and the food was good. Vegan food-wise, not loads on the menu but if you ask they will happily accommodate. We had a vegan koththu which was yummy. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent hotel! Excellent service, great view of the city, comfortable bed! Good location! The pool with a beautiful view, there ir cold water, but its can refresh on a hot day. As I didn't like in Colombo, because the complete bred of tourists on the streets, this hotel brightened up my stay here!
There only missing is the massage service at the hotel.

Very smooth, easy check-in. The hosts accommodated my late check-out, and allowed me to use a luggage room until my flight. Room was comfortable and tidy (true to photos). In-house restaurant provides a delicious buffet (at an additional cost of ~3100LKR). Convenient location - a short tuktuk to the main attractions. Gym facilities were very nice, and well-maintained.
Laundry prices were very high. I didn't end up using them, as the price to wash a single pair of shorts would cost the same as it cost me to do an entire bag of washing everywhere else I stayed.
Location was easy for business work heart of colombo.
More food options would be nicer.

there are bed bugs like serious bed bus in the place the celing was leaking above the flush rooms are way too small the breakfast is a joke the hotel is new has a long way to go
