Location, facilities, breakfasts
Very relaxed, no crowds.
Bar menu was very limited mostly just pizza and chicken/fries.
The location of the hotel is perfect right next to the beach, convenient walk to many restaurants in Port Alcudia , beautiful sea or side sea view from most of the rooms, nice convenient rooms. Breakfast choices are nice. The reception was so nice to take into consideration our room preferences.

Food was great, with all kinds of seafood included. It is located in a perfect location, plenty of free parking spaces, beach is close, Lidl is close. It was very clean and staff is kind and always smiling.
Water bottles were not refilled in the rooms. We did not have a coffee machine or water boiler even for the junior suites. I did't like the almost transparent window between the toilette and bedroom.
The hotel is modern, quiet and family friendly. Even though it is located on the main beach with a boardwalk right outside the fence it was a surprising oasis, where we could watch the sea from the pool deck and the bar, and enjoy food and drink in a peaceful atmosphere, despite visiting in a high season.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were excellent, the hotel was amazing - loved the pool and how close it was to the beach - and everything was great.
My only minor criticism was the lunch bar was open a bit sporadically and was quite slow service, but otherwise everything was lovely and easy

There were quite a lot of ants about and the aircon is a bit slow to work but really no issues at all
- the staff was exceptional. Friendly, prompt, very welcoming. Always professional with a smile - very family friendly. We really enjoyed our time with our 1yr-old son. The kiddy pool was super fun for him - the premises are very well maintained. Everything is clean and kept in good order
The only thing is the food at the dinner buffet. While the staff go to great lengths to offer a wide variety of dishes, we found the food a bit bland at times. A bit hit and miss. Some foods were undercooked and lacking taste.
Easy access to beach and swimming pool.
Tea and coffee cups too small . A lot of young children.
