Pros (+) The hotel is comfy and quiet and very well designed rooms, the overall experience was great and definitely I will be back, and the stay would not be that good without Ahmed at the reception

Cons (-) no access to sauna or steam room for guests. in a 5 star hotel it should be able at no extra charge. room wasn't cleaned until 5pm

Pros (+) Everything was great , we really enjoyed our stay we booked 1 day then we extended our stay for another day , the hotel is very modern and nice. The staff are relay professional and nice especially Jessi , she was so great with us , she gave us a beautiful room with a view and late checkout really one of the best hotel staff i met in while, so thank you jessi for making our stay so beautiful 🤍

Pros (+) Comfortable and pleasant hotel. Good breakfast. Very good bed and bathroom in room. Received an upgraded room which was a nice surprise

At one hour it still hadn’t arrived. Called again, on hold for 7 minutes, finally get through to a person and request again.
