Comfortable and pleasant hotel. Good breakfast. Very good bed and bathroom in room. Received an upgraded room which was a nice surprise
Unfortunately the service let the experience down, multiple times. First morning we call reception 90 minutes before we needed to leave the hotel asking for an iron. At one hour it still hadn’t arrived. Called again, on hold for 7 minutes, finally get through to a person and request again. Breakfast was good,but every day is exactly the same choice. Coffee was great,by the way.
Alarm went off a few times early in the morning
It's really one of the best hotels in Dubai, the warm welcoming from the door till the end of my stay made the difference great staff, the breakfast is amazing and the room service, I got my room upgraded which is great and really want to thank Ahmed at the reception for the great service and for sure I will be back.

Spacious suite with a big bedroom and living room and a comfortable view, the breakfast is amazing with a nice setup and service the staff are friendly and I would like to highlight the great welcoming from Ahmed at the reception

I need to extend my stay because of work and as usual Jessie really helped me a lot. She let me stay in the same room with a very reasonable price. She was really amazing. I suggest to all to come to her to ask for any assistance and for sure she will do it without any hesitation! Thank you so much Jessie!
