Pros (+) Fantastic magical experience. We were in the duplex igloo . Highly recommend. We could see the the northern lights from our igloo.

Pros (+) The staffs are generally well trained and warn but got a few might just come for temp winter job which is not up to standard. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are really what we enjoy the most. Love resort are quit since exclusive since only hv less then 30 rooms. The location is just next to Santa Clause village. (150m away) Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. The facilities are beautiful, the view out into the winter forest and above if you are lucky with the northern lights is fab.
