Pros (+) It is a great value for money. All the staff are kind and friendly. Room service and house keeping are available whenever needed. Food is good. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Wifi was the only problem as it is slow.

Location and service were excellent. Tasty food; however, little bit expensive. Excellent staff and receptionists. Provides early check in and late check out based on availability. Overall, great stay.

Pros (+) Breakfast at resort was very good. Typical indian vegetarian dishes with breads. Views from rooms were beautiful. Bathroom and shower worked perfectly with hot water. Bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Resort location was good. The lobby was a nice area to enjoy the views.
Cons (-) The Executive Premium offerings were a bit basic in my personal opinion. Could be improved for the price point. Warmer blankets with higher thermal efficiency would be a bonus for cold nights. Not much to do at the resort itself except some games like table football, ping pong table.

View was good from the room, Heater at room is too good. We stayed during temperature was below -1 temperature. The break fast is good. Best Place to stay. Preferred to stay always in view room only. U can book your two wheeler to roam around shimla

The stay was excellent, the food was amazing. Except the fact that it is far from Mall road, everything was super. Staff were courteous and polite
