Left one of my clothes behind accidentally. The staff couriered it to my next hotel in Chengdu for free!
Hotel is cleaned, staff are friendly and professional.
Staff members were absolutely incredible. They spent time trying to assist me in sorting out what was wrong with my phone E-Sim setup. Absolutely brilliant staff. One thing that bites all hotels in the world, is the ability for them to always make sure that molds in the bathrooms are being taken care off. The white silicon edges of the sink and showers must always be scrubbed, to prevent them from turning black. That is all I have to say, and this is synonymous to every hotel I have stayed in, around the world.Read more
The room was cozy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. For a one-night stay, it offered excellent value and everything felt well taken care of.
Not a major issue, but the location wasn’t quite as central as we expected.
Size of the room
Lobby is refurbished and looks great but rooms are too old!
Even though it is a 15 minute walk to South metro station, I still chose this hotel because of the good review and reasonable rate for a one night layover stay.
It is on a busy road. The soundproofing was not good enough to shield the traffic noise.
This is not the first time I stay in this hotel, and every time it lives up to my expectations, especially the staff in the breakfast area, whose warm and thoughtful service makes me feel warm.
It's not as close to the Chengdu South Station as I thought. It's at least 15-20 minutes walk from Exit E on the subway. Or rent a bike for about 1.5km ride. The queen bed seems smaller. All the smart lights are a bit confusing - might have to flick it a couple of times for different lights. Sound proofing is no good from the highway.

Air conditioner is not working, ordered non smoking room but the room is still smell like smoker room
