Cons (-) rushed at tail end of checkout and minor road rage at valet parking takes 15min to fill spa tub with hot water spa tub jets did not work bunch of prior guests hair / debris particulates in spa tub mgm was unable to source/provide lactaid milk left sink clogged immediately upon turn on

Everything about this place was wonderful! It was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We will stay there again, without a doubt!

Pros (+) Just an amazing experience from start to finish. VIP check in. Amazing staff who accommodated all our requests. The room is enormous (2 stories), large living areas, great views, espresso machine, 3 very comfortable and large beds, 2 huge bathrooms, more TVs than people... I could go on. It certainly did what it intended for our trip, which was to provide us with that feeling of staying somewhere ...
