The hotel and grounds were beautiful. Hand down one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The staff in the bar area was great and our dinner was amazing.
The breakfast was not traditional. Would have liked a couple of more traditional options but they did accomodate. We asked them to make us potatoes to go with our eggs and they did. We were happy with that.
Staff were terrific and hotel beautifully positioned and great amenities but toilets in room was a bit tired although clever designed room for size plus had problems with a crying child at dinner at 9 30 pm and woken up at 2 am with a barking dog !! For what you pay you do expect more .
We booked a room with a river view for one reason we wanted a balcony. In the pictures that appear in the booking, you see a room with a balcony. In fact, they don't get a room with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with a very nice reception and offered us the room without a balcony, and if we want, we have the option of paying another 400 euros per night and we will get a ...Read more
The breakfast had been delicious the Hotel has a unique atmosphere and gives every guest the feeling of being a VIP for them.

The location is superb, the breakfast is good. The staff is friendly.
For a location that promotes itself as a wellness service, it is unacceptable to host noisy parties that disturb guests in the middle of the night. Although the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are far below the level they are promoted at. However, we appreciate the manager's efforts to offer us another room after we reported the issues in the initial room.
the breakfast was exceptional. we appreciated all of the healthy and delicious options. the rooms and common spaces were lovely. property grounds exquisite. staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed the managers cocktails and speaking w/ the gentleman when choosing our wines by the glass in the tasting room.
the gym was nice but too small. additional elevators would be helpful.
Great location, wonderful setting.
Food was 7-8 not 8-10.
