Pros (+) Materials and interior in room - especially the bathrooms! Amazing spa and proximity to local town. Excellent door-to-door ski lift access. Breakfast was great too! Great staff.
Cons (-) Difficult to navigate around the building - perhaps more signage needed? Maybe even a app map which would direct you directly 🙈

Cons (-) My room was facing the car park and Apre bar. Music until 8.30 pm, it does not show that room on any photos. No organisation , consideration, care or common sense No structure at all or good management

Pros (+) Solving problems when they found out was made. Mainly to tell you that it happened and it was not against you.
Cons (-) It was an obvious stupid mistake. An arrival to the hotel, usually from a long drive, would expect his room to be ready. Management understood the mistake, and for me, that's a good step.
