Pros (+) I think that there were two main highlights 1. The service in the hotel and the employees . From the check in and lobby to the pool team, breakfast team, drivers etc. 2. The maintenance in the hotel, start from the cleaning, smell, the facilities, the towels sheets , the room maintenance and everything in the highest level ever.

Pros (+) The room was very spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The service provided by the staff was perfect. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and the breakfast was great throughout. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I was very satisfied considering the price.
Cons (-) The room entrance door needs a soft-closing mechanism. Every time the door is opened, it slams shut quickly and loudly, which is uncomfortable.
