The property was situated just outside the main town and was away from the city din. Very peaceful.
It was perfect.
The hotel is really nice, room was spacious and had everything you’d need! The staff is suuuper helpful and friendly!
The room was good, but to be honest - a lil bit worn out here and there. Also you might keep in mind while choosing this hotel that pool and main areas all shadowed and therefore quite cold (at least in January). That was quite a disappointment for us as pool and just chilling in the hotel was one of the main reasons for a choice instead of city centre hotels.

The pool is in complete shade, the place lack vibe, it's a bit tired all round. Lots of awards on display in reception all from 2014-2017
The staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful in helping with booking trips and advice where to go, restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel - it is small and the service is great. The breakfast was also amazing.
It was a bit far out of the main market / restaurant area but there is a new area closer to the hotel that is quite up and coming. The pool was not really in the sun and I like to be able to sunbathe.
Everybody is nice, the place is meditstion-like calm
Liked the a la carte menu. Some more variety in the fruits from day to day would have been welcome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
It'sa small resort so facilities are limited. I.e. massage was by appointment and the hotel could have benefitted from more staff. I.e. a couple of staff were reception, bar, restaurant. No big issue but we did end up looking for staff to order buggy to drive us to where grab can pickup. The restaurant menu was also quite limited and not particularly exciting. Excellent breakfast and amazing staff.
Pool wasn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming and the pool filter pump was really noisy so we didn’t use the pool area at all. Hotel is a ways away from pick up locations for tours so we had to taxi to the location.
A beautiful hotel with excellent staff and services, everyone was warm and welcoming . An extremely beautiful hotel
