The hotel is clean and so luxurious and friendly. We felt very looked after and really like how attentive the staff were. The room was large and gorgeous and the spa facilities were also very lovely.
We tried to order room service one night and although we had called at around 9:45pm and the menu said that the dinner menu didn’t close until 10:30 we were told (20min later by phone call) that the dinner menu was no longer available. I would just clarify with the front desk how late they serve the dinner menu to room service.
Nice design. Great room. Comfortable. great shower! Late night hammam and Roman bath a bonus! Love the green couch! Everyone seemed nice and helpful! Good location if you want to be in the marais.
We never tried the restaurant as it didn’t look very vegan friendly but it was quite a vibrant scene late night music pumping etc

The spa pool was an additional bonus, although the sauna wasn’t working. The food at breakfast was of extremely high quality and the check in and assistance generally by the staff throughout our stay were excellent.
The service at breakfast was bizarre. No water brought, no jams/honey brought (when they were to other neighbouring tables). No one seemed to want to take our order. When we finally managed to ask someone, they didn’t take a note and it was wrong. No fruit brought and they tried to pass off an egg white omelette as a classic omelette.
Beautiful hotel with plenty of character. Staff were brilliant.
We booked this hotel when it was run as ‘Sinners’ with great reviews and very ‘French’ … including the restaurant. It changed ownership to the ‘Experimental…’ Group between booking and before our arrival and the vibe was very different to our expectations. Beautiful stylish hotel in the heart of the Marais
The lobby is very stylish and spacious. Breakfasts are simply amazing. The bar is also one in a million. The staff gave us couple of recommendations of which restaurants to choose and their advice was very valuable.
The light in the room is very dim. No way to make it lighter. It is too dark to pack/unpack your luggage. Please fix this.
