The property is situated very central to everything shops bars restaurants beach .The villa was very clean and everything you would need for a self-catering holiday the sun loungers and beds were excellent & comfortable too . The walls are very thin. You can hear guests showering television conversations, etc . The shower room could be improved drainage after showering very poor .... The toilet needs to be looked at and repaired, These problems could be improved for guests to make their stay even more pleasurable All the bad comments about this property are not all true .Read more
Wonderful stay at this beautiful resort, the best is the size of the villa/apartment and the quality of the furniture and good taste in the decor. Would repeat for sure.
Beautiful little set of apartments. The pool is very relaxing, the wee garden you get is lovely. We were in Villa 3 and we couldn’t fault it. The cleaning staff in particular were so friendly and welcoming. If we come back to maspalomas we will stay here again for sure! The Location is great. The staff i.e Maid was friendly. The bed (twin Beds) were comfortable.
The shower overflowed every time. The maintenance of the villa isn't kept up. There were stains on the couch. The bed linen wasn't changed in the week we were there. The towels were shabby. It definitely isn't a 5 star resort
Location and pool right outside front door
This is not a 5 star property. Whilst the villa was clean it was tired, and old and need of decorations. Addressed my concerns at the time with reception (who agreed and understood after forwarding pictures) who then contacted owner. Was offered a day at spa or 10% of next year??? But for the amount we paid was just not up to the mark.
Great apartment, with a terrace, comfortable bedrooms and two toilets, kitchen available, ideal for a family trip. Clean, beach towels and access to the pool. Well-kept and very nicely decorated surroundings of the resort. We recommend! for us it was ideal!

Well for a 5 star experience it lacked the details. Cleanliness was so-so. (Corners and under the beds rarely cleaned) No reception so no way/complicated to ask for an extra towel or extra amenities. It's a proper size apartment
Definitely not 5 star devices. Sheets were worn out and stained. Mouldy on shower room's floor. No refill for coffee capsules or bottled water.
