Sauna facilities were a great addition. Soundproofing in room was also great. Cleaning team and sauna team were all lovely and efficient!
Laundry was horrendous. Received newly changed towels that were stained. Beddings were even worse. Called night shift cleaning team to change new beddings and they found stains and holes on they new piece they had just brought in. This happened twice. We gave feedback to team upon checkout. Amazing staff, facilities and location. You can be part of the buzz on the streets then retreat to the oasis of the hotel. Great breakfast, plenty of choice!
No big issue at all, but may have been helpful to have a document or something part of the TV app repeating the location of every (floor wise) just when we are told at check in, people like me have very short memories. If I’d just called or asked reception I have no doubt they’d help. Just might be useful to have a reference guide or something listing breakfast location/times etc.
We are repeat guests. We returned because of the location, the service, the rooms and the hotel facilities. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, then and now. We plan to return soon
The location of the hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. They also give a free drink in the bar when you check in. Good restaurants, bars, mall close to the hotel. The room was really great, comfortable, with a shower+bath tube and also very clean. Hotel has a nice bar, nice swimming pool with a gym.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and definitely the greatest value for money. The hotel is beautiful, beds are comfortable and facilities great but it’s also the generosity of spirit and impeccable customer service that makes this place stand out - room upgrades, welcome drinks, a shuttle to the main road (not that you need it), a breakfast buffet that was plentiful, delicious...
Location is far from malls
Everything was perfect, lovely rooms, lounge area was perfect and the staff were exceptional
Couldn’t say one bad thing about the property
Extremely upscale, the bed is the most comfortable I every slept in in Thailand. Very clean, room is huge. Includes washing machine and a kitchen. The staff is amazing. Great hotel highly recommend.
