room was big & comfy, breakfast variety was good, 1 floor for western, 1 floor for chinese, gym was better than expected & swimming pool was good. plenty shopping/tourist spots nearby
the AI interface could be more sensitive to voice recognition or volume. at times had to repeat a few times before it responded despite me just in front of the device
Silks staff were very helpful. The first room had a off smell but the staff helped us changed rooms. Entry to silks was looks good at night it was a middle location for me to travel around Taiwan. The hotel has a taxis stand at the front and the staff help get you a taxi, which was fantastic help and great service. Silks was not close to much which is why I had taxised to all areas.
The first room had a smell but i got our rooms changes. Fantastic staff. The hotel wasn't the newest hotel but was good for its purpose of being a place to rest.
The location was absolutely perfect! The Hotel is beautiful and the room was stunning. The staff was highly professional and very cooperative. On my way to the hotel I forgot my ereader. With the best and sweetest help from a member of the staff on the 14th floor of the hotel it was traced and sent to my next location within Taiwan! Very grateful to her! She is such a professional!
We felt special and pampered.
TV remote/application was a bit finicky.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Loved the vibe of the hotel as soon as we arrived in the lobby. Great check in and enjoyed the entire visit.
