Great location with a great beach. The villas are really great, you get your own pool which is very private. Breakfast is ok. Unfortunately part of the resort was closed so we couldn’t use one of the pools. I really liked that the resort was full of trees and there was green everywhere.

Terrible in room air conditioning for 5 star resort they need to upgrade new a/c units immediately. Front desk personnel were not as polite as other resorts of this ilk. The main building for the rooms/suites need updating all the woodwork, stairs were worn out and shabby looking. I can’t say anything about the villas there which from a distance looked updated.
The location is quiet and beautiful. The staff is really nice and very helpful. I arrived at the hotel to a standard room. the room is beautiful and spacious but there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. At the firs room it was very noisy, from the next door rooms. the pools was closed to service most of the time, and were a bit deserted . the beach is beautiful but i'm sorry to say it was very dirty, a lot of trash is flushed from the ocean, and i would expect it would get cleaned up more often. there is construction work in one part of the hotel, and it's near the spa, and really bothered the tr...Read more
