Pros (+) My stay at this hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with great internet access and excellent facilities. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Bruce, who went above and beyond to help me. He took so much time to explain what to see in the city and even arranged a safe and affordable ride back to the airport. Honestl...
Cons (-) If I had to mention anything, it would only be that it’s slightly outside the Old Quarter, but honestly, that ended up being a plus for me. Everything else was even better than expected!

Pros (+) The hotel was really great. Beautiful, modern, clean - I have nothing to complain about. The staff was absolutely perfect, they were always nice, smiling and most importantly helpful when I needed to solve anything. The hotel kitchen was flawless for me - both breakfast and room service. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Pros (+) This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The photos do not do this hotel justice, because the hotel is really really nicely done and the rooms are lovely and very modern and spacious. The front staff are super friendly and helpful. This feels like a 5 star hotel. Great location and facilities.
Cons (-) Honestly nothing we did not like about this property. It is truly wonderful.

Pros (+) Lovely relaxing hotel with charming touches like the artwork everywhere. The room was very lovely and relaxing with outdoor bath on balcony. It was really charmingly decorated.
