Shongwe Oasis is a tranquil Oasis, well worth a few nights stay. The rooms are stunning, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed is so comfortable and enormous. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are amazing. The room is super comfortable. We had already scheduled our activities prior to arriving at the hotel, but they were so helpful with helping us get transportation and with any questions we had. Loved the laid back atmosphere and the friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they kindly held our luggage for the day. We wished we’d stayed longer!

We were surprised to be charged extra for cappuccinos and hot chocolate, as well as a 3% credit card transaction fee—something that most other places typically don't charge. Additionally, the 10am checkout time felt a bit too early.
It was a lovely experience. We learned so much about the history and culture of the Ndebele tribe during our trip. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind. All of our needs were met to perfection. I am forgetting the names of staff but the receptionists were just so lovely. I have no bad things to say. Thank you Shongwe.
Everything about our stay here was perfect. The room was fantastic. Enjoyed the outside shower. The staff where exceptional. The front office were super helpful when it came to booking us a taxi and giving us advice.
