The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious and clean.
I woke up in the night with a rash. It seems that something they use in cleaning their sheets caused an allergic reaction in my skin. As a result I didn't sleep well. The rash went away relatively quickly after I got out of the bed.
Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Nice functional room. 2 good options for breakfast.
Limited views. Also, because of what we assume was some kind of mishap or miscommunication, our room was not made. Was a bit of a shock but staff did its best to make up for it by bringing fresh towels etc.

The perfume in hallways was not well chosen.
The perfume is amazingly good and the location is very nice especially at night . Good bed and nice swimming pool. At the restaurant the signature Shashuka is amazingly good - pls never change it!
Sauna is nice but it was switched off on Friday and steam room was not working (switched off that too?) during the two days of my stay.
Premium location in Jeddah with a lot of options in the area around you. Staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and tentative. The hotel felt so cozy. Great services, gorgeous design and excellent ambiance for family and friends. It’s my number one option every time I visit Jeddah!

Nothing the building was so old and nothing special about this hotel except the receptionist was so rude and the room was so dark
