Staff so friendly and helpful .Offered complimentary prsecco on arrival and room upgrade room very comfortable bathroom spotless tea and coffee in room and freah milk as required .Staff ordered taxi service for us nothing was too much trouble Breakfast superb and served to table also excellent choice of food.Will certainy return
Fantastic location. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Very accessible. Will definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel.

Staff were amazing, breakfast was absolutely perfect and very tasty along with complimentary mimosa. Location is ideal for staying and can easily get a parking space. Checkout time is 12:00 which is great. Walking distance from food, drink and the wall of Derry. 100% recommend.
The shower head of the waterfall did not work and the room was very warm.
Excellent location, Hotel restaurant food was excellent highly recommend it, breakfast too quality 10/10.

The heat in the bedroom. Couldn't sleep. Turned down the thermostat and tried to turn down the radiator but nothing would work .

I did not find the senior staff in the restaurant overly happy at their work Since Covid a breakfast buffet is no Longer set out You have to ask the staff to bring each item Toast always served with butter only and never asked if you wanted jam or marmalade you always had to ask separately
Staff are well trained and excellent customer service
We had a free upgrade to diamond suite which was nice but I expected a larger king-size bed
