We were upgraded and the room was super comfortable. Bed was huge, shower and toiletries were nice. Filtered water in glass bottles provided daily and water dispensers available. While it was really nice to have the towels changed everyday at housekeeping, perhaps to have an option for us to indicate when we want them changed to be more environmentally friendly.Read more

Beautiful design, amazing staff, perfect position. We had a pool villa, it’s incredible and we had Grace, the world’s most fabulous butler. Nothing was too much trouble, she is a phenomenon.
We had a great family stay here. Beautiful hotel and excellent restaurant. Best food in Vietnam.

Fantastic place. It has everything you'd want from a hotel, exceptional service/staff, two different but very good restaurants, central location, 15 minutes drive from Angor Wat and very very reasonably prized. And the business also does a lot of charitable work. I would go back again without thinking.
Everything.. staff were super polite, friendly & helpfull. Rooms were great size and clean.
We stayed 8 days and they didn’t change the bed linen once, even when asked too. There was two shower heads, the rainwater head was a great height but the firmer head was down near waist height, so pretty pointless. Pool water felt like a warm bath, wasn’t refreshing in the warm days
