The hotel is lovely, with beautiful decor, and Will checked me in with the utmost kindness and warmth. However, I was abruptly woken from a sound sleep at 2:00 a.m. by very loud guests in the hallway. Pros (+) Our first stay was right after they opened and we loved it. It has aged well, quality of the decor is a huge factor. Valet and Service were perfect. Very clean. Food was outstanding.

Pros (+) Fantastic property, beautifully decorated and prime location in downtown Detroit! The staff are exceptional!
Cons (-) On this trip one of the towels in our room had hard plastic or dried up caulking on it…. And there were big hard plastic tags in the pillows? Not sure why they were there but it was strange… almost like security tags…
