Pros (+) Breakfast OK, ordinary Chinese standard, is slightly disturbed by stretching the offer in a huge area from the entrance to the end of the restaurant.
Cons (-) I understand that hardly anyone speaks English in a Chinese hotel. But at the Sheraton Hotel so that nobody knew English at the reception? The only person communicating in English is a boy bringing suitcases. Destroyed lock to the room door, so the door was not tight, especially acoustically.

Pros (+) A 5 star hotel. Parking is very convenient. The room is big and spacious. Surrounding area is very nice.
Cons (-) The phone in my room is not working well. I was trying to make reservation at the restaurant for dinner. Person on the other side couldn't hear me and hung up right away. I tried a few times with no success. Later, an attendant came to our room trying to find out what's wrong. Knowing that was the phone problem, but she couldn't fix it . I couldn't use the phone in my room during my stay. This is ...
