I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel. The place was calm and elegant, and the staff were very respectful and professional. The restaurants and room service were excellent. This stay was a gift for my mother, and I truly appreciate how all my requests before check-in were fully respected. Thank you to the amazing team — this won’t be my last visit, Inshallah!
The only small comment I have is that the bed sheets could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, everything was great — thank you, and Inshallah I’ll visit again

There is no parking only through the valley which cause delay in get in and out of the hotel. Late in check in to the room not enough receptionist.
the breakfast was ok but not enough varieties were available. The location was very good. And the cleanliness was very good. the stuff and service in all was extraordinary.
