I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this airport hotel was. My room was beautiful, modern, and very clean, with a nice view of a koi pond and a garden. I enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool area, which has cabanas and a poolside bar. There’s also a view of the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a large, modern gym. Really good hotel, top swimming pool, and very convenient shuttle service. We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in Jakarta. It's a bit away from the city centre (30-50 minutes drive), but being Jakarta so uninspiring, I'd rather be closer to the airport for easier transfer out.
The restaurant is a mix-and-match of food options with no clear vision: not fully international, and not fully local. It's ok if you are staying just one night and can't be bothered to take a taxi to somewhere else.
Breakfast is great.
The place is very secluded. But if you are trying to find peace of mind, this is the best place to be.
Amazing breakfast, pool, and service for a one night stop between flights. I had to go back and forth to the airport to find my checked bag that didn’t make it with me the day before and they were so helpful with airport transfers and extended check outs.
