The hotel is lovely with really friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. We were meeting with friends so this worked perfect for us. Although this isn’t quite in the center just around the corner is the metro which we used everyday to get to all the sights so it worked for us. Location is good, right next to the metro so you can get to pretty much everywhere pretty easily. The hotel is nice, with modern furnishings. It is a business hotel but friendly.
I had a room overlooking the big highway which was nice at night but my windows somehow did not shut properly. So there was a bit of cold air, wind seeping through as well as car noise. I kept forgetting to ask housekeeping so I it is a bit my faut.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms I would like to thank the staff for their flexibility and hospitality in accommodating my early flight arrival from abroad. Their willingness to assist made my transition smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome
The bathrooms are slightly outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment. The room service food could be improved in terms of taste. It didn’t quite meet expectations, but the overall experience was still enjoyable. The chargeback process for the deposit takes longer than expected and could benefit from streamlining.

Food for the room service was good.
It was not clean. I found hair everywhere in bathroom.
