Location.
Little bit old , not too much clean
I loved how big it was and modern, the staff was eager to help and always smiling. My favorite part were the hospitality.
My first stay was great and okay but my second stay was very weird, first one of the decorative ornaments was missing from its place and I knew because I had stayed the week before. I told them about it and they somewhat tried to imply I stole it, something that is normally glued to the marble. They did offer to change my room but I was too busy to follow up. Big comfy room with all needed amenities. Pool , gym and spa were great Helpful staff who tend to all transport needs
Breakfast was bad, despite the varieties.
Really beautiful facility in one of the most beautiful area of Guangzhou
It is pricier than any other Marriott chain Hotel I stayed during my week long trip in China

Need more of English people staff that speak and understand the language.
The rooms are amazing, spacious, comfortable, nothing missing. Clean.
Restaurants close too early. Last order accepted by 20:45 PM. Almost all the hotel staff cannot speak English.
Relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff
Very minor but in the shower to entire floor flooded every time you showered may be a squeegee blade would help as floor becomes slippery room 3009
Location was ideal, as the convention centre was connected to the hotel via a walkbridge.
Check in and check out was a bit slow.
Clean and modern
Basically nothing just that the location is very far from the airport. Also night concierge didn’t speak English which is something that could be worked on
