Pros (+) 2nd time staying at this hotel. Aside from the 5stars hotel facility and service, the hotel provide large variation of breakfast options and parcel storage up to 30days. Staff were very helpful and patient, pleasant stay over here.

Pros (+) Great location, and spacious rooms. Rooms were also clean and provided enough amenities. Spa was very good way to end the day or to relax after some sightseeing before dinner. Concierge was able to help receive a package for me. Mall is connected to the hotel, with a supermarket downstairs.
Cons (-) Spa bathrooms could have done with swimwear drying spinners and bags to hold the wet garments. Swimming pool is outdoors so beware of the wind. The shallow pool is just a bit too shallow for leisure family swim. It’s also a bit of a walk out from the bathrooms to the pool.

Cons (-) Not all the people of the staff speask english, it was hard somehow to comunicate. Spa prices are very high, when we asked for taxi to another hotel they suggested very high price for hotel car

Pros (+) I love the shopping malls which are nearby the hotel. The malls are beautiful and there are many type of food inside the malls. Also the subway line 1 and 3 are very close by the hotel. Best thing is that the line 3 goes all the way to the Airport North Terminal 2.
Cons (-) The buffet breakfast is always the same.
