Been years not coming back.. Glad the hotel maintain the cleanliness and everything with thumbs up.. too bad they runs out twin bed.. but overall .. nice stay

Pros (+) The staff is simply excellent. Their attention to details specially during breakfast is amazing. The breakfast is so good with a big Indian collection. One staff member asked me if I am coming back for breakfast the next day. When I said yes, he offered to get an Indian dish made for me. Cons (-) The location is good but hotels at SCBD area have a slightly better location. The tea and coffee arrangement in the room can be improved. Also they don’t have spoons in the room. Had a lot of issue in stirring the hot tea!

Luxury hotel, conveniently attached to Gandaria City Mall. A bit inconvenient to get the parking stamp, so ended up just paying for parking on the second day. Overall, very very nice hotel.

We heard a strange sound/noise in the room ( later on it was found out that there was a problem with the smoke detector which causes the sound ).
