Pros (+) The breakfast buffet spread and quality. The waitress n waitresses are top notch. I haven’t stayed at Oberoi Bengaluru but your staff are better.
Cons (-) There was some confusion at the front desk when we checked in. It could have been handled better. Also the room is for 1 person only! I brought my wife and had to pay additional.

Pros (+) Our office was next to the hotel, so I'm biased on location. However, the ease of office and a mall across the street were all we needed for our everyday needs. The rooms were excellent, and the staff was more than attentive. They quickly replaced my room due to a musty smell, making me feel like a valued customer at every step. Cons (-) My original room smelled musky, but it was quickly solved, no questions asked. The lounge closed at 23:00 every day, which was a bit early in some cases. Some of my team members would welcome more "less spicy" options.
