The stay was very special, Mr. Arpit and Mr. Abdulrahman were very accommodating and made my stay very welcoming, everything was so clean, and whenever we called room service they responded within mins. I would recommend Sheraton for any person considering a quite and enjoyable stay in colombo.
Food in the restaurant could be of more international variety.

Food is very bad, breakfast is not good, quality of the food is not at all good, Greens were all dried up, never thought such poor quality in one of the Sheraton Hotels Pl visit one of the Anantara hotels in SL or Bangkok and follow their food presentations Wines served were very poor quality

I have never had such good sleep in any other hotel. Bed was super comfy and room was squeaky clean. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to Colombo.
The hotel is new, the rooms are modern, the bathrooms stylish, the beds are super comfy and the bed linnens are absolutely perfect. The food is good. For me it is the best place to stay in Colombo.
the location is mixed with old and new buildings, and it is not very inviting to walk around, but it is only 10 minutes drive to the nicer part of Colombo.
I stayed at the Sheraton at the start and end of my Sri Lanka trip. The early check in and late check out were very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Hospitality. Every staff member was happy to help.
No any major complaints. I would be happier if housekeeping did not forget to leave a spare toilet roll (in addition to the one on the roll holder). Shower gel, shampoo, etc. were provided in big bottles. But housekeeping forgot to fill up the shower gell. Apart from such minor issues. Everything else was perfect.

Rang for 24 hour room service mid afternoon but there was no answer. That was distressing since I had travelled all day and had not eaten. More, I think the dinner buffet is too expensive. I am gluten intolerant and there should have been a discount to me because most items had gluten. I won't eat there again. If you had offered me a discount, I would return but you did not.
