The location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to one of the biggest shopping malls and many good restaurants in Bursa. We chose a corner room and the room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The reception team was super helpful and flexible. I have stayed for 2 night, hotel is in a walking distance to a shopping mall which make it very easy to enjoy . Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

Good location next to almost everything you need outside the hotel and close the Uludag Mountain Road. Fancy clean rooms and toilets. Iron was included in the room, which was a bonus. Free parking. The gym is open 24/7 and has an adeqauste selection of machines.
The breakfast selection might benefit from a wider variety of options. It would be wonderful if the staff could be a bit more welcoming and smile more frequently. I was unsure about the availability of valet parking, and it seemed inconsistent. The lighting was rather dim. Shower flow could be better. The hotel's pricing seems a little high, considering the amenities offered.
