Cons (-) Wall tiles in bathroom dirty. Booked a room for 3 adults, sofa bed was the 2nd bed, springs totally broken on one side of the bed, most unsatisfactory. Timber lat broken off the sofa bed and hanging down on the ground.

Pros (+) Great value stay. Location was excellent. Staff were nice and friendly. Food, especially Breakfast was excellent. Fan in the room a life saver during the very warm weather we had during our stay in Athlone.

Pros (+) Reception team member upon arrival was lovely. Hotel is nicely decorated and clean.
Cons (-) The bed, for a couple of reasons. 1. There were a good few old spots on the sheet like little blood marks or something. 2. The quality of the quilt and pillows all just feel very plastic and cheap, not comfortable. It was a shame as the room was nice. Matress was comfortable. Air con is great, particularly in this weather.
