Pros (+) Fabulous hotel we got married here 5 years.we got upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. Lovely staff and breakfast was excellent.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed and. Nice warm room
Cons (-) There was no comfortable chair in the room and when I requested one the receptionist said that it was not possible to facilitate me I have a hip replacement and need good seating It was very busy in the bar and difficult to get service for food I had to eventually leave as no one came to me.

Cons (-) First room I was in the shower head fell off but staff could not get it back on (piece of metal fell off with it) but they got another room for me which had excellent shower

Pros (+) The hotel itself is nice. The staff were attentive.
Cons (-) The food was well below average for a four star establishment. Lacking in flavour and one of the dishes were cold when they got to the table. There was a wedding on the second night of our stay, we couldn’t get a table for dinner that evening. The bar was over ran very hard to get a drink so we ended up going to bed early.
