Pros (+) Staff attentiveness and amenities are spectacular. Bosk is upscale adult drinks and dining.
Cons (-) They could use less attractive staff to avoid temptation. Everyone is perfectly professional, so don't take that wrong. They just know what they are doing.

Cons (-) loud party for three nights in the hotel function rooms, Thursday, Friday and Saturday was offered a 10CAD box of chocolates as compensation, ignored for two days until I had a hissy fit. so loud couldn't sleep

Pros (+) Breakfast was a La carte and offered many wonderful choices. The omelettes and hash browns were perfection. The dinner menu offered less choices but the food was still very good. It is the staff at this hotel that makes a stay so pleasant. From check in to check out, we could not have been treated more graciously.
Cons (-) I did not care for having to be seated by a hostess in the lobby area. There are plentiful couches, large chairs and low table groupings but only a hostess can seat you during most of the day and night even if there’s open seats that don’t have “reserved signs”.
