Pros (+) The location is great. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The tea was lovely.
Cons (-) The welcome was a little flat/ cold. The customer service was a little poor. Was just an underwhelming experience, which is a shame I was looking forward to it. There is better experiences in toronto for the same rate. The decor looks tired. The lobby design is tired and cluttered.

Pros (+) absolutely spectacular! i have tried every hotel in the city (on a quest to find the best) and the shangri-la is my new favourite!! the pool and sauna were our favourite amenity. will definitely be coming back again and again.

Pros (+) Staff attentiveness and amenities are spectacular. Bosk is upscale adult drinks and dining.
Cons (-) They could use less attractive staff to avoid temptation. Everyone is perfectly professional, so don't take that wrong. They just know what they are doing.

Cons (-) loud party for three nights in the hotel function rooms, Thursday, Friday and Saturday was offered a 10CAD box of chocolates as compensation, ignored for two days until I had a hissy fit. so loud couldn't sleep
