The view. The staff in Sky Spa, The Gong and downstairs on security/at the door were very attentive and pleasant. The hotel is unique, and for us, a once in a life time experience. We enjoyed our stay.
It's a bit weird having a minimum spend at The Gong, I have never experienced that before.
Large room with great views. Next door to london Bridge station/underground ,so very convenient. Breakfast very good,staff professional and friendly.Cocktail bar very good and reasonably priced for london.
There is a discretionary charge approx £35 a day,which we did not know about. The room showed some signs of wear and tear. Not a quiet place to sit outside your room.
