Beautiful room, great buffet breakfast, great staff.
A little inconvenient to major tourist sites if you don’t have a car and prefer walking.
BEST hotel breakfast maybe in whole Tainan Concierge and Reception really helpful great location to go anywhere by transportation great room size and view convenient for having a shopping nearby and convenience store close youbike station next to the hotel offers tremendous mobility GREAT dining option within the hotel

It was next to the train station, which made it easy for us to travel to Kaohsiung and surroundings. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.
The rooms and facilities were very old and run down. The nice city view obstructed by very dirty windows. Hotel and swimming pool were not as nice and luxurious as on the images. Compared to similar hotels in Taipei and Kaohsiung, this one was disappointing. I would advise to book something more central to enjoy Tainan.
Fantastic room. I really enjoyed the fully equipped gym.
We got a free upgrade for a (supposedly?) better room on the top floors. The room was spacious and well equipped
The swimming pool is a lot smaller than it appears on the pictures. On site restaurant was closed due to renovation, the buffet alternative felt a bit cheap.
The room was spacious and there was a fully equipped gym. The breakfast was amazing. The staff at the gym were very nice.
The staff at the reception never welcomed us or asked us how our stay was, when we were leaving they never said thank you or goodbye which I found very strange. Spacious room, there is a department store down the building.
Facility is rather old and cleanliness is a concern. I can see a lot of stain both on the carpet as well as on the tile in the bathroom. We stayed 2 rooms and one of the rubbish bin was not cleaned after first night staying.
Free upgrade room for us and the room is spacious and clean. Good view from the room too.

Room was spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.
Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t get that option but there were food options nearby and we could also order in.
