Pros (+) Beautiful hotel. Outstanding staff who always go out of their way to accommodate. Lovely room, great view. The Chinese restaurant is outstanding. The restaurant Manager. Sanjeewa was outstanding. Azhar in the concierge was also outstanding and every person we had the pleasure of speaking to was polished, polite and accommodating. Outstanding team. The club room was also delightful.

Pros (+) They charged me twice and still waiting for the reply. They mentioned that they refunded and still have not. Ruined my holiday
Cons (-) They charged me twice. The front dest guy when I checked in with limited English didn't know what he was doing. I had to use a Srilankan card and my friends husband had to pay lkr 180000 and they charged me 40k extra for 2 days and says they refunded but not. My uk card was charged too and they refunded when I asked and then again they have charged
