Great location and outstanding service. I highly recommend the Hamam treatment to every guest — it was truly a memorable experience.
My only recommendation for the hotel would be to provide a welcome treat—such as chocolates, fruit, or a small snack—upon arrival to the room.
Very comfortable and clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. Our room was upgraded unexpectedly. An added bonus is its great location by the Bosphorus and close to Besiktas ferry terminals with boats direct to the tourist areas of Sirkeci and Sultanahmet. A nice morning cruise to start the day!
The room was hot and the air conditioning was not cooling down the room , we called maintenance twice to try to fix the problem , but unfortunately the issue was not resolved
Location of the hotel was good. Concierge services leading up to and throughout the 6 day was excellent. Housekeeping was very good on what were very tired rooms and suite.
Restaurants were consistently poor and disorganised. Staff were very polite but not up to providing 5 star service. The final bill for accommodation was overcharged and not as quoted on booking.com. No outdoor terraces for relaxation.Our Bosphorus Executive Suite was tired, next to a ventilation room….hotel staff did turn off equipment to resolve noise issues.

The hotel would greatly benefit from adding a fifth-floor restaurant that offers views of the Bosphorus. The restaurant could also include an outdoor terrace, making it quite attractive, especially during sunset.Read more
