Pros (+) It’s the best Shangri La we have stayed ! Really elegant and luxury ! All staff were really kind and polite ! The place is like a paradise . You should definitely stay in this beautiful hotel ! Highly recommend it

Pros (+) The service was great and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh products, as well as the Sirena and Cielo restaurants (we only tried these ones). Pool area and beach were fantastic!

Pros (+) Everything. The place is a piece of heaven. The staff is super nice, the food os great, the pool are beautiful and the private beach is awesome. I use the gym on a daily basis and it was amazing as well. Stunning view, stunning sunset from our balcony.

Cons (-) W-FI weak and unstable. Old hotel that needs to be renewed. Facilities not always clean and with a short opening time. Prices overcharged (even a simple snorkeling mask was chargable)
