If I could give 100 stars I would. Our expectations were exceeded in every way possible. From check-in being a breeze, to the staff taking note of a message I had sent and wishing my Father happy birthday, to upgraded rooms for the occasion, everything was perfect. This is not a hotel stay it’s a cultural experience not to be missed. The welcome was wonderful and the introduction to our beautiful candlelit room and the rock church was simply magical. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet offering a great sleep. The breakfast was unbelievable, so beautifully presented , such variety and so delicious. Definitely recommend.

OMG - one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The large apartment, with its sunken bath, large bed and beautiful candles was so romantic - pity I was also travelling with my kids! I would return here in a heartbeat - such an amazing place.
Loved everything about the property - the amazing location, incredible history, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast - and luxurious accommodations inside an ancient cave!!
Nothing, everything was just extraordinary
This is an experience of a lifetime to stay in a 10,000 year old cave. I expected some inconvenience, but it was all luxury! Pietro was so helpful in explaining the shuttle process and showing us around. The morning breakfast was fabulous as well.
Lots of steps - might be a problem for those with bad knees/hips.
A series of chambers in a cave. Amazing. And authentic historic furniture (not always comfortable)
In the classic rooms, the toilet is in the same room as the bed. No privacy when you or your partner are doing your business
