We do not say this often - we liked everything! Room size, bed quality, decorations, bathroom size and shower quality, colors (use of forest green in the room and restaurant splendid). It is only location. After a busy day downtown it was too far to walk back to the hotel or go in and few times as needed. No tram, taxi was the only option. But the distance from city center was not great after all.Read more

I liked the variety of salads , cheese and meats.
Very good choice for breakfast, hot and cold. The white towels were soft and fluffy which were changed everyday, as was my room cleaned. The hotel looked lovely with Christmas themed decorations
Wish there was a lounge that guests could sit in to relax.
Good hotel with good size rooms, clean, a decent restaurant and a good breakfast.
Room temperature control could be a bit more simple. It was quite cold (the first hotel I visited where the room was too cold!) and a puzzle how to adjust this.

Horrible bed, jacuzzi cold, no coffee in the room. Romantic dinner in the dark we have booked turned out to be normal dinner at restaurant.
