Clean and well maintained.
Haven’t stayed here on three previous occasions since it was all refurbished, I have to stay that the standards and quality that I have seen before are slipping fast, pool area dirty, rooms average, not cleaned properly at all. Staff are lovely, but overall this complex is going from a 4 star to 3 star very fast
Plenty of activities without leaving the hotel. Lots of things for kids. Stunning sunrise and sunset views. Excellent variety of food and bars. A small grocery store nearby (though prices are quite high). Pharmacy and doctor within a 10-minute walk.
700 stairs between the hotel and the ocean. 350 stairs between the hotel and the road to the city center. The price seems quite high, though it may be due to the location.
Fantastic organisation, lovely people. Great quality food and facilities
The bar could be more upbeat. Live music?
-Excelent food (mexican, asian corner, ice cream, etc), breakfast with prosecco and tasty -kids pools, and heated all pools. -animation was ok also in the evening -spacious room with sunset sea view ❤️
The athmosphere of the hotel

There was nothing I didn’t like I loved everything about it , we got a free upgrade to a room with a private pool we were delighted! Also at a reasonable price we upgraded to all inclusive and we were so glad we did as the food was beautiful. Views from hotel were spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return next year .
I’m struggling to think of anything that I didn’t like ! I suppose the steep hill walking into town would be the only thing I could think of , but we did find steps that took us down into town the day before we went home .
Lovely rooms, friendly staff and exceptional facilities available.
Considering the price to stay, the noise of hearing cars pass throughout the night disturbed our sleep. Bring earplugs.
Variety of pools and sunbathing options. Good food. Mimosas for breakfast 😊 Wifi.
Entertainment in the evenings was mostly dancing, maybe adding some vocals/band would spice up the evenings. Inclusive cocktails were ice and sweet syrup mix.
